Where will you be my darling? Where will you be when the dark is rising?

Aye, last week has been a nice one. And I'm finally posting pictures! Weekend is on a separate post... so yeah.
On Monday I finally played basketball in the public. Well... technically not public. Nicholas had been playing basketball in Republic Polytechnic for some time so I naturally followed. I haven't been in RP for some time, and finally it looks like everything is completed. All the students kept staring at me because I was wearing a basketball attire. Zzz. Anyhoo, I beat Nicholas in ABC and Bullet, so as usual, it was no competition. After that went to meet Wei Yu, who was taking a break. Eleanore provided useful information on heaven's food. Those un-RP-savvy, they have an air-conditioned food haven everyone calls heaven. The very hot open air canteen is hell. Get the joke? HA... okay, lame. -.-. Anyway, I used Nicholas' laptop while taking a drink, and he was taking pictures of my tattoo, which, to my annoyance, brought in even more people staring at me. Craps right?! He went off though, for some art lessons, so I hung around with Wei Yu before he went back to class and I used those free laptops they have around the campus.
Saw some familiar faces, including Kian Hong's, during my last few minutes using the laptops. Went off to City Hall for a helper's meeting later on, but I purposely went early just so I could go in St Andrews Church and pray a while. Again I experienced the same phenomenon, where I felt I prayed only a few minutes, but it turned out to be close to an hour and a half. And sorry to Joshua, because I checked my phone and saw 5 missed calls! Sorry dude, prayer first! Haha... so I met up early with him and told him quite a bit about conflicts and previous incidents. Not to mention I shed some light on some people. Yeah, shan't say anymore. Anyhoo, all the helpers were there except for Jessica, and we were told about the upcoming events. Plus a little touching moment at the end of it...
As for Tuesday I went out with the old Magic gang, exlcuding Seong Voon, who never comes unless he organizes, and Koh Wee, who was off buying Luo Zhi Xiang's concert tickets with Debbie. Okay, to be fair, Seong Voon said meeting at 3pm was too late. Hmmm... makes him sound worse. Oh well.
Anyhoo, we met up and had a round of arcades, where unfortunately for me, I was whooped in Tekken 5. My Julia got whooped by some girl-looking guy! He used Christina in a cheap way, and no thanks to Nicholas picking the arena, I got whooped. Freak. My girl got embarassed by an unknown gender guy. Pfft. AHH! We also tried the punching game, and turns out Wei Yu has the strongest punch. I'm 3 points weaker than him -.-. We went for a movie after that, Rogue Assassin. The movie delivers, 'cause its really good! Lots of action, lots of blood, and something sorely missing in most action movies, a good storyline and plot devices. Jet Li makes a nice return to the big screen. Definitely worth my 7 bucks. Although I don't like the increase of price -.-. Meh. Went to 883's LANshop to have some Counter-Strike and Dota. I'm the pool day king! I'm the ice world king! I'm the cs assault noob. -.-.
Went to Koh Wee's house close to midnight after walking back with all the guys and he taught me another version of poker. Texas hand something something. It's the kind played in casinos and pro tournaments, so I was definitely interested in learning. Same concepts as the previous version he taught me but there's some differences. Anyhoo, as usual in any game he teaches me, I beat him. LOL. We went to sleep after a few hours of poker and watching Youtube videos. During the morning Yao Qi came over and I finally had an audience to watch me beat Koh Wee. HA! The week before, I met Yao Qi and her friend Hui Fen as they came over to play Mah Jong. Koh Wee had won the most matches, I was second while Yao Qi and Hui Fen won one each. After that I ended up losing to Koh Wee in poker for the first time in a large scale match. Freak. He had Yao Qi and Hui Fen watching and I ended up losing. But till that day, I never had people watching me win in poker. Heh! Hui Fen came over later and we played Mah Jong, where only Yao Qi failed to win any matches =p. After a break I went to play Tekken 5 on Koh Wee's PS2, where I customized Julia to look even prettier than she usually does. Woots! That involved editing... uh... um... okay, nevermind... not for girls to know.
We went off to Plaza Singapura just to hang around before going to Marina Square after to celebrate Yao Qi's birthday. I haven't been to Plaza Singapura in ages. The last time I went there was when Perfect10 was holding a dare competition, and if you do the dare, you get paid cash straight on! I did something... and please... I'm never revealing what I did... Zzz. After our time wasting and eating certain species (inside joke) we went off to Marina Square to meet a couple I've heard plenty about... Victor and Wai Leng. Nothing for you to know =p, so we went to Yuki and Yaki, or Yaki and Yuki, whatever, and had our buffet. The place is quite similar to Seoul Garden, except they have two separate places for the soup and food, unlike the combined version of Seoul Garden. They have a huge variety of food, and a very unique way to eat ice cream. As usual, Koh Wee and I made the most out of the food, while all of us wished Yao Qi a happy 19th birthday. Anyway, like I said, they've got a super unique way of "making" ice cream. Firstly, the place where you normally cook your food can be cooled down to freezing temperatures. Then they have these cups filled with something that looks like a drink. Simply pour out these liquids onto the freezing pan and the liquid will slowly solidify, then use some kind of scraper and scrape the ice cream off and there you have it, ice cream! Coffee is the best for me, while almond and durian are freaking strong in taste.
Had a photo-taking session after that, before our farewells. Koh Wee and I took the bus back, where I realized I had forgotten to take my wristband from Yao Qi. -.-! My black dragon is stuck with her. Aye, so long she takes care of it, I've no qualms. Sorry Karnex, the Hong Kong dragon's with her for now. Back at Koh Wee's place, our night was spent watching the stories of savants, as well as funny football moments. LMAO! I love goalkeepers now... HAHAHAHA. We also watched The Reaping, though we were dead tired so we didn't pay as much attention to it. Our next day was spent talking and conceptualizing storylines. Heh, who thought the Bible would be so useful in creating our stories...
Anyway, many people complain I don't post enough pictures. And sexy names don't count either? Geez. So for your viewing pleasure, here's some pictures! And they aren't donuts -.-.
Koh Wee and Yao Qi, the birthday girl.
I joined along... to the chagrin of everyone. Haha!
Wai Leng, Victor and Hui Fen. They have like the worst picture co-ordination skills. Lmao.
Here's the stacks of cups containing the ice cream liquid. Most eaten by me, being the ice cream fanatic. My fave coffee is the extra!
And this is the scraping of the solidified ice cream. It looked so wrong when we were scraping the chocolate flavour...
Tada! A heart shape!
Yo! Actually it's supposed to be YQ! but due to bad skills in pouring ice cream (sounds so weird) it ended up being YO!
And the last few pictures... Me and Yao Qi, wearing my dear wristband.
A group pic excluding Victor...
The birthday girl surrounded by all the guys!
And last but not least, all of us! With my idiotic-looking fingers sticking out -.-!
Oh, and a bonus picture! A lot of people have been asking who a certain Debbie is... so there you are! =x And yes I'm wearing eyeliner. Plus I like her camera too. Can't see my pimples. LOL.
