Where will you be my darling? Where will you be when the dark is rising?

Last week I had my last day of work on my attachment. Hmmm... even if it was the last day, it wasn't as enjoyable as I thought it would be. There was a customer, Mark, who had sent in his computer for some repairs some time ago and called to ask the status of it. Judging from his accent and his surname, he's definitely British. He called up and due to me being from a Western country, who else but to talk to him? He asked about the status of the computer, and only Chua knew, but he was taking a break by drinking coffee at the canteen downstairs. Dang, so I told this Mark I'd call back once Chua came back up. He wasn't happy and told me to call Chua now. Ganesan told me Chua didn't have a cellphone so I told Mark this. He flared up and said "Ridiculous. What kind of company hires people with no mobile phones?" Okay, I lost my cool. I replied "Sir, we hire people based on their talents and skills, not whether they have mobile phones." I can't believe I was using "sir" for this kinda moron. He got more ticked, which was my intent, and I continued to just say some stuff over and over again, till finally Daniel talked to him and said we'd contact him back in 5 minutes. Well, if he wanted to lie, he didn't need to make it 5 minutes. -.-. Later Kai Hui picked up Mark's call after we didn't call him back and loudly shouted so everyone in tech department and Mark himself could hear "Eh, Ganesan, angry customer on the phone! He wants to know about his computer and won't stop bothering us." Ouch!
We also got a gift from them, after our day had ended. Some 4 port USB hub. At least we get a farewell gift! I went off to Expo after that, eventually tutoring Hng Yi English. Uh, Isabel, your clothes are not flattering. LOL. Okay, inside joke. I hope Hng Yi understands my language at least. =/
We also had service later, where Nick Vujicic, a special guest, came to share a message.
Details of the service and my company in the next posts. Take your time reading them. Quite long.
Anyway, we went for a pool and bowling session after that. Supposedly N337 VS E458, but somewhere along the way, it became the sisters VS me. Why? Uh oh, uh oh, uh oh! LOL! Inside joke... haha.
While there, I bumped into my ITE teacher Tiffany. Found out she's resigning from ITE and she wants to do more things. Hmmm. Crap, one of the prettiest teachers in Dover ITE is resigning. She used to be my CA, which is like a form teacher in ITE. Zzz. All the best to her then.
