Where will you be my darling? Where will you be when the dark is rising?

They say there's a first time for everything.
I didn't expect oversleeping for service to be one of them!
Geez! After a brief cellgroup meeting on Friday night, Karnex and I ate at Aljunied Mac (where we bumped into Xin Mei studying there) before I went back home to do my Flash assignment, which is starting to worry me. Anyhoo, I ended up sleeping at 9am due to my work. I set my alarm to 1pm and went to bed. I woke up at 5pm! YIKES!
I quickly got ready and went off, reaching Expo at close to 7pm. It was super creepy, 'cause Expo is usually packed with people when I take the train. However, when I got off at the platform, I realized I was the only person to alight at the station -.-. What an experience. I stayed in the nursery area to listen to the sermon by Pastor Ulf. Well, I've never actually hung out there during service before. Tons of babies with their parents. One particular baby would clap his hands when the church (and his parents) clapped their hands during the sermon. So cute!
Met up with the cellgroup after that and headed to Marina Square to eat our dinner. Nothing much to note, except had a fun time chatting with the members. After that we took some pictures just outside the mall and Esplanade, for Gabriel's present. I was wearing a formal shirt, so everyone noticed -.-. Why? 'Cause it was white! Geez. Everyone kept saying I looked like a priest or something. Lmao.
I accompanied Jessica back to her place and that (again) made me miss the last train. Had a good chat with her anyway. So I had to take the cab back. Had a surprisingly good conversation with the taxi driver, and something he said stirred something in me. Hmmm... kinda unsure at the moment.
Charlotte's leaving for Korea for her attachment too. Aye, will miss ya!
Oh, and my teacher in ITE told us that the Esplanade is pronounced as "Es-pla-nad". I didn't agree since lemonade is pronounced "Le-min-aid". She kept insisting she was correct, so according to her, lemonade would be pronounced "Le-min-nad". LOL.
