zzz... ever since blogger gave me probs on my republishing, its kinda ruined my mood to blog, altho its saved and stuff, it wun show on my blog! and i dunno how long it'll take till this problem is fixed... they sent me an email saying it was fixed but nth happend -_-... neway last week was chinese new yr... i think much more enjoyable than previous yrs cuz i actually talked to more cousins and i finally din wear red (i've been forced to every yr since i came here), plus when they all sat and chatted or played stuff on the table i actually joined instead of being asked to join... haha... tho a few cousins din come... australia, russia, england.. zzz, all around the world... got hongbaos in the usual fashion, my family does it lik this all the time, firstly the grandparents (grandma in my case, if u get wat i mean) then eldest son plus wife, then lala~~ u know til the youngest daughter, each give hongbaos to the children... we give some kinda greeting like "shen ti jian kang" and "gong xi fa cai", ah, u know that stuff... they said my chinese improved.. haha, cant help it, got plenty of support from ms koeh!! not to mention it was my o's, needed to improve for the chinese orals.. zzz...
last fri the np open house and also the last cg of e145, yups, i'll talk about the open house 1st... in the morn some guys came to fix my aircon cuz instead of giving cold air, it was billowing with air that made me sweat.. geez, so they said they'd come around 8+ but instead arrived at 9.45am, which made things difficult cuz i'm supposed to meet seongvoon at 930! my mom said we couldnt leave till after they left, cuz common sense would tell u not to leave maintenance ppl with a sleeping gal who skips skool so often in the house together...in the end i reached woodlands centre at noon (and VOON, thats the reason i'm late, and i din pang seh u u idiot!) so ya, we played pool, and i won every match... haha, then wilson came, and i ended up losing within 6 turns cuz i sunk in the black ball.. tho another match and i won by sinking in the 8 ball... haha... after that nic came and then we all went to skool, met some teachers and stuff... ms woo, joy lim (a shout from me actually), and mr toh, who's finally ready for our long long awaited class chalet.. zzz...march hols around.. ya, then met up with weiyu at cwp and took a bus to bukit timah area and walked to np... at the entrance a gal approached us an gave us some mags and stuff then asked 2 of us to get a tattoo with some skool motto thing on it... i pointed at weiyu and wilson but when i stuck my arm up to point at them, she stuck it on me and put water on it... zzz... and then she tried to stick it on weiyu but it wouldnt stick! hha.. kept peeling off.. nic was too hairy =p and the tattoo was splintered when it was on him... wilson was normal.. haha, so only me and wilson had it.. neway we looked around, got a bag and mags again and went inside the convention hall, where we saw karens pic with sunglasses as the ICT pic... so after i told nic a bit about karen he wanted to meet her! haha... fine, but we did a little more searching around the cca stuff and all, plus saw char, syl, jon and caryn (who did a dance with others on a stage... plenty of hoots and hollers.. haha) then went to the ICT block, checked the area cuz nic's motive was to look for karen, we ended up going to 5th floor, digital media place... quite a lot of interesting stuff.. plus we took a pic of ourselves..haha, but it was terrible and with a glare on weiyu's face... so a retake was made and it was much better... haha..then we went to the 1st floor and saw ms lye with some marsilings, chatted b4 gary smsed me and met up with us, we went to karens project room, chatted a bit and stuff and me the karen-famous jinjing and rara... i kinda teasted them accidentally, lol.. gary asked whether i knew the real names... of course i said, kengkeng was karen, jingjing was wendy and rara was, uh, i dunno her name... i saw her laffing behind.. haha, neway char and syl came in (syl took my lime mag and ran off with it) so nic, wilson and weiyu went off while the rest of us went to khatib for our final cg as e145
around 2 weeks b4, we were given an announcement by bro gabriel that becuz he couldnt take the stress from leading 5 diff cgs and that he din really spend time with us as a cg leader, he decided we should disband our cg... well, thats not cuz we're not growing or united, but he said its for the best... hmm, my guess is that if he disbanded a cg that isnt really growing or the members arent really strong or united, they may backslide, after all, i'm sure that b4 they really get to know Christ... frens and the cg, the love they give and the frenship are stepping stones to help build a foundation for them to stay... so ya, i guess there's a hidden meaning? haha... e33 was also disbanded.. and they are a very powerful cg, no doubt... neway back to cg, it was combined with w261, sis angela's cg, preaching about relational evangelism.. good msg too... but then after it cg it was the moment e145 had been waiting for... *thunders* which cg we'll be allocated to, bro gabriel arrived at 10.15pm and pretty much jus told us which cg we'd go into.... well, cindy, char and zx are going to e168, karen, syl and weng are heading to w261, me, jon and jace are going to be with n337 and gary, dexter, jacq and my sis are transferring to w244... thats pretty much it... so after a while we all went to jon's bedroom and checked out (on a projector) the moments of e145, from the start to the last few weeks... quite a memorable day... e145 is a cg i doubt i'll forget, its been a great blessing to have known the cg and the frenship i've made with all of them... its the first cg i actually really matured in properly, and so united too... we'll be planning a few meet ups in the coming weeks, get to see hows' life for everyone else and such, plus go to the rose garden restaurant in far east plaza.. haha! really will miss 'em... bt i'm interested in joining n337 too, after all, i know almost everyone there and we're pretty close, i met most of them back in e168 days neway
so the next day was svc, and it'd be the first time spending time with n337 as a member... so me and zoe went out in the morn, headed to cwp where gary called me and asked where my sis was... well since my sis is early, i was wondering y they din meet her? i had nth bettr to do so i went ahead with them to tampines and my sis was there -.-, she ditched them early.. zzz. and to think they wait for her so long when she skips bible study... (yes she skips that too, not jus skool) neway during our long journey on the 969 bus, talked about almost everything... and our anticipation with the new cgs, at the place where they have bible study, chatted with paulina and peijing and lirong... then went off when it was our time to go... met up with e168 while waiting for the remainder of n337.. then lined up... svc was great, mainly praise and worship, cuz delirious? was there! ya, it was exceptionally great, the praise and worship was so powerful and was very exciting... kinda like a rock concert ya know?! ahha.. msg was short, mainly about the house of God and an interesting msg about some ppl's names meanings.. after that another 40 mins of praise and worship with delirious? again and ya, it was great.. really... so after that i went for bible study, foundation truths 1... starting again, at last... ya, well, it was interesting plus i've learned a bit from it already... after it ended, me james, cedric and chinyong went to meet the rest... the older e168 ppl still there plus bro cheekiong, ate BK at expo and jus chatted.... then went home, the 4 of us, plus bro cheekiong and gwyn... great time chatting there... haha...
its better than i thot, and fun too... obviously e145 is still in my head but i wun let it get to me in a negative way... i hope things get more interesting, cuz it's a new road going on with n337 now
