Aye... it's almost 6am now. Yeesh.

My morning sucked! Sorry! It did! Zzz. Backtrack a bit~~~

Friday was quite an interesting day. Sort of. I didn't sleep on Thursday night because I did Lily's assignments. By the time I was finished, I needed to get ready for school already. Then during Lily's lesson, she ranted at us for poor quality, and showed up some of the artworks she disliked, saying "What is this?" and "What are you doing?" and kept her criticism of the art pieces extremely unconstructive. Freako. No wonder the whole (I'm not exaggerating) class dislikes her.

She did let us off early though, since what we were doing in class would essentially be our work for Exploration Week. Exploration week is a week where its like a holiday, but lecturers can replace and have any lessons they want with you during this week. So if for some reason your class needs more lessons, its no holiday. However, if you don't need replacement lessons, its a holiday! I don't think I'll be able to come down to Singapore though. The Sunway Splash event is on Thursday, and I've got one replacement class on Friday (crap). Means if I go down on Sunday, I'll needa be back by Wednesday. No point =/.

Afterward, Miki, Wai Kwan, Zhi Ling and... and... uh, I forgot! I'm damn tired and I can't really think of who else was there. A few of the classmates also, went to Red Box (Malaysia's version of K Box, which has nothing to do with the X Box) to eat and sing. RM10 for the meals, drinks and the session itself. Dirt cheap! It was also Wai Kwan's birthday, so best wishes and happy birthday! Anyhoo, I only sang a few songs. I was mainly there for the food. I haven't sang since Hui Fen's birthday ages back.

Later, we went to the arcade, and I played my third round of Parapara Paradise. Heck, I ended up beating Miki and getting number 1 again! What the?! I played with Cindy before we went to watch The Incredible Hulk, and I won her too. I don't get it... how do I win when I barely know how to play the game?

Had history after that. We were late due to our arcade session, so by the time we reached history of art class, we were quite sure the movie session already started. I didn't know what to expect, so when we walked in, the last thing I expected was to see a naked woman on the screen, chatting happily with some guy in the kitchen or something. LOL! HAHAHAHA. Seriously! The last movie we watched was a Byzantium documentary, so naked women in kitchen's wasn't really what I was expecting. Aye... the movie is called Incognito. Saw it around 12 years ago I think. There was one scene that got my attention and I started remembering certain parts of the movie after that... so to prove if I was correct, I began by naming out all the details, all the deaths, events and even the correct fingers doing what things in some scenes. Heh, good memory! But I really didn't remember in the movie that naked girls walked around in kitchens. Heck, I was still a little kid back then, puberty didn't hit me yet!

I accompanied Miki to the bus stop again and found out a lot about her past. Thanks for sharing =). I went to have a fellowship-cellgroup later on and the dinner cost Rm32 per person 'cause we ate at some seafood restaurant. Good food, good servings. Painful price. Zzz. James drove me back and we shared quite a lot about spirits and demons. And haunted-looking-apartments-we-can't-believe-people-live-in.

This morning was terrible though. Firstly, I woke up on time for school, but my sister woke up last minute and said that she's going out also. What? That made me late! She's made me late for school this ENTIRE week! Geez! My school is super strict on attendance. If you're absent 3 times for a module, you fail automatically, no appeal, no nothing. My sister doesn't care about being late for her class, so that makes it worse for me. There was one time we were late (my fault, I needed to print something) and my sister called the teacher and told me to tell her that she would be late because I was printing stuff. WOW. What the hell. How come you don't make a damn effort to explain when you're late but the moment there's an excuse for you being late, you shove the blame?

Freak! I typed so much in just a few seconds! Anyhoo, since my sister took her own sweet time, I needed to reach school in 7 minutes. FREAK MAN. Even if you let me speed 150km/h I wouldn't be able to reach on time. Worse still, I nearly got into an accident. When I saw a car turning, I was supposed to stop and let it go, but I accidentally pressed accelerate! Heck, luckily nothing happened because I braked just in time. Then while driving, a stupid dog dashed out in front of my car! I braked just in time for it to run across the road, but if I had speeded, I'd have raw hotdog on the road. Zzz. School was boring though, 'cause everyone was in holiday mood already. Heh.

Had lunch with the same group who played in the arcade yesterday. Tons of fun chatter! Haha... took a few pics too, damn cute. They wanted to go to KL main city area, but I had service later so I didn't follow along, and slacked at Sunway Pyramid before I was picked up for church. Service was good, but it somehow seems really familiar. releasing your potential was the theme. Rings a bell somewhere. And I never knew James was a backup vocalist! I've never seen him on stage before... kinda funny seeing your own cellgroup leader helping in leading praise and worship! Come to think of it, except for Poh and Mark in CHC SG, I've never known any male vocalist names. I know Estella Sia, Andrea Lim, Annabel, Allison, that woman who looks like an Indian but I forgot her name. Yeah. Just random info.

Had fellowship at some place called Ming Tien, and the selection of food there is insane! I couldn't decide, so I picked the signboard that got my attention, cheese baked rice, in a hawker centre! Damn nice, damn unfilling though, even though quantity was reasonable. Topic during the later part of fellowship was guessing who I like, and the girls I'm connected with. WAHAHAHA. Very interesting... I wonder how fellowship ended up about that?

Considering the length of this post, and the details for who I like, I think I'll leave that topic for tomorrow. Kudos, and enjoy!

P.S. My Saturday night today is just not good! Heck, I came home, hoping to have my usual Saturday chat with someone, among others, but due to my sister bugging me, I only used the internet at 2:30am. When I came online, that person wasn't online! AHHHH! Then worst still, no one chatted with me! EH, how come I get bombarded when I'm dead tired and suffering from assignments, but the first day of my holidays, NO ONE (and I really mean NO ONE) chatted with me?! Till much later, only just one! Zzz.

Aye... I was super tired for school today. Yeesh.

Had figure studies today... uh, went to school, did some drawings... and finally we got a person to draw that I actually recognize. Milla Jovovich. If you don't know who she is, she's the main actress in the Resident Evil movies, Joan of Arc and Ultraviolet. Yup... speaking of which, I really want the Ultraviolent main theme! And since I myself am my most reliable song source, that pretty much means I'll be getting it soon enough... hmmm... how though, I'll find out soon.

Class was quite interesting... quite a lot of fun and laughter. At the end of the class, the teachers showed all the drawings the class did and we needed to be critics of each others work. Art is extremely subjective, so we've never outright insulted one another's drawings. However, when we praise, it means it's really good. Wai Kwan and Zhi Ling's Milla drawings owned everybody!

Anyhoo, the school organized some Sunway Lagoon outing for 1st and 2nd semester students, so we needed to pay a RM10 deposit, and sign an indemnity form. And being the class monitor, I needed to do all the responsibilities! AYE! Since I've become the class monitor, I've needed to do things that I've never done before. Firstly, copy down notes, so that those absent will know the full details! Then, when a student is absent or what, I needa take that down and even help to pass up their work. Then whenever there's notes to be passed around, I needa do the job of having them passed around and make sure they're printed. I feel freaking strange carrying a notebook so I can copy down stuff. It's just not HOWE!

Oh well.. I needed to pass up the money and class list to Jolie, one of the staff. She seemed very impressed I managed to collect all the stuff in one day, because I was the only one so far. Heh... I may not like the job, but I do it well, unfortunately. Anyway, Miki and Hayati were doing their make-up exams so I offered to wait for Miki to finish her exam before we chatted with Chong Sern and saw the class results for English communication. Eh... I got 9/10... highest in the class. Woots?

Had a little stroll with Miki and then accompanied her to the bus stop, where she boarded the bus and went off.

I'm back home now. Doing Lily's assignment. Next week is Exploration Week aka a one week holiday. *Sigh*. Finally a break. And time to realize how much it really works, what so many people would want to do (I don't expect you to understand this part).

Josef Mengele

It was during his 21-month stay at Auschwitz that Mengele achieved infamy and it is for this period that he gained the moniker "Angel of Death." Mengele took turns with the other SS physicians at Auschwitz in meeting incoming prisoners at the ramp, where it was determined who would be retained for work and who would be sent to the gas chambers immediately. The Angel of Death fed his legend by dramatizing murderous policies, such as his drawing a line on the wall of the children's block between 150 and 156 centimeters (about 5 feet or 5 feet 2 inches) from the floor, and then sending those whose heads could not reach the line to the gas chamber.

Josef Mengele was the chief provider for the gas chambers and their crematoria. "He had a look that said 'I am the power,'" said one survivor. When it was reported that one block was infected with lice, Mengele solved the problem by gassing all the 750 women assigned to it. Mengele was, at the time, only 32 years old.

Block 10 - Medical experimentation block in Auschwitz. Mengele used Auschwitz as an opportunity to continue his research on heredity, using inmates for human experimentation. He was particularly interested in twins; they would be selected and placed in special barracks. He also recruited Berthold Epstein, a Czech pediatrician. As a doctor, Epstein proposed to Mengele a study into treatments of the disease called Noma, this was noted for particularly affecting children from the camp.

While the cause of Noma remains relatively unknown, it is now known that it has a higher occurrence in children suffering from malnutrition and a lower immune system response. Many develop the disease shortly after contracting another illness such as measles or tuberculosis. Mengele tried to prove that Noma was caused by racial inferiority.

Mengele took an interest in physical abnormalities discovered among the arrivals at the concentration camp. These included dwarfs, notably the Ovitz family and a Jewish Romanian artist's family, seven of whose ten members were dwarfs.

Mengele occupied his time with other numerous acts of the most base cruelty, including the dissection of live infants; the castration of boys and men without the use of an anesthetic; and the administering of high-voltage electric shocks to women inmates under the auspices of testing their endurance. On one occasion Mengele even sterilized a group of Polish nuns with an X-ray machine, leaving the celibate women horribly burned.

Not all of Mengele's experiments were of scientific value, including attempts to change eye color by injecting chemicals into children's eyes, various amputations of limbs and other brutal surgeries. Rena Gelissen's account of her time in Auschwitz details certain experiments performed on female prisoners around October 1943. Mengele would experiment on the chosen girls, performing sterilization and shock treatments. Most of the victims died, either due to the experiments or later infections. Once Mengele's assistant rounded up 14 pairs of Gypsy twins during the night. Mengele placed them on his polished marble dissection table and put them to sleep. He then proceeded to inject chloroform into their hearts, killing them instantly. Mengele then began dissecting and meticulously noting each and every piece of the twins' bodies.

At Auschwitz Mengele did a number of twin studies, and these twins were usually murdered after the experiment was over and their bodies dissected. He supervised an operation by which two Gypsy children were sewn together to create Siamese twins; the hands of the children became badly infected where the veins had been resected.

The subjects of Mengele's research were better fed and housed than ordinary prisoners and were, for the time being, safe from the gas chambers. When visiting his child subjects, he introduced himself as "Uncle Mengele" and offered them sweets. Some survivors remember that despite his grim acts, he was also called "Mengele the protector." On several occasions he killed subjects simply to be able to dissect them afterwards. Mengele was almost fanatical about drawing blood from twins, mostly identical twins. He is reported to have bled some to death this way.

Auschwitz prisoner Alex Dekel has said "I have never accepted the fact that Mengele himself believed he was doing serious work — not from the slipshod way he went about it. He was only exercising his power. Mengele ran a butcher shop — major surgeries were performed without anesthesia. Once, I witnessed a stomach operation — Mengele was removing pieces from the stomach, but without any anesthetic. Another time, it was a heart that was removed, again, without anesthesia. It was horrifying.

I've heard of his name somewhere before, but I never really thought anything about it. I was going through Wikipedia, looking at Japan's Unit 731 when I checked out a link leading to Josef Mengele's page. After reading 2 pages of gory details, I think I have a little more perspective on why the atrocities committed were called inhumane. Bombings, invasions, war, all that is bad, but I never really considered them atrocious. Now that I've read what the people did, I can appreciate the view of atrocities.

I really wonder how people with a conscience can do this kind of stuff. People who knew Mengele said he was a normal person, except for what he did. Really makes you wonder what people are capable of. Aye... things of this magnitude; I've only got one description for this kinda thing: Satanic slaughter.

Aye... dead dead tired. I've never been in school till midnight before. Curious? A little backtracking first...

Okay, so in case you're wondering why I didn't sleep for so long, it's because I've been doing all my insane assignments. They're not easy, and since they're art assignments, take up much time. Anyhoo, I mis-reported my sleeping hours. I slept 1 hour. I stayed awake for 64 hours. Yeah... yikes! I also had service on Saturday, and before that I helped Daniel do a poster for a member of his cellgroup that's leaving.

Anyhoo, it was the final round of the relationship series and it's really been a great blessing for everyone. Also, I've joined 4 events for Emerge 2008. I've joined basketball (no surprise there), English chess (always wanted to try it), preaching challenge (I made a promise to join last year, but didn't, so I'm trying it now), and photography competition (forced to join by cluster mates). Heck! Theme is "Now and forever", so I'll probably be needing guidance from a certain photographer *hint hint*.

Sunday we had a manhood meeting, and had games and discussions and preaching by Heng, the subzone supervisor. Remember I mentioned that CHC KL is divided into zones by N, S, E and W? Well, within these zones, there's a subzone, and there's a subzone leader who's in charge. Almost like the zone supervisor/pastor in CHC SG. His name is Heng, and he preached about relationships, marriage, this and that. Oh yeah, before that, I happened to see Cindy dancing at the old Attributes. She looks SO PRETTY WHILE DANCING! I just looked in the room and was *stunned* for a long time. She's really graceful and there's this... I don't know, "something" when she dances. Okay... I'm going into gaga mode already. Ahem! Afterward I watched The Incredible Hulk with W9. Much better than the first, and more interesting and funny too. A good choice movie. We went to eat at some place later, and I got to hear about creepy elevators from Peter (W9 cellgroup leader), fake funny ghosts stories from Eldy and scary movies from Cindy. Interesting!

My Monday sucked though. First in the morning my mom pissed me off. Then in class, while cutting some paper, I accidentally sliced my finger. Ouch. After sucking the blood out of the wound (lazy to wash it), I accidentally splattered lighter fluid over it. WHAT?! Geez! I had no choice but to wash it, unless I wanted to risk my finger becoming a good source of flammable objects. When I went home, I studied for my English communications exam and slept. When I woke up, my wrist was cut.

And I did that exam today. Quite okay.. I wrote quite a lot, and hopefully I'll score well. After class a few of us had a chat wth Chongsern, the teacher for English communications. Had great laughter! I also told them about the unfortunate gay encounters I've had over the time... damn hilarious. Aye... I went to the library later on and did some of my figure studies work with a few classmates, and went to the multimedia lab to do our artist tracing. I picked Jolin! Again =x.

Stayed there till midnight, and when I walked out, the ambience was damn COOL! Darkness flooded many areas, and the hallways were very dim and creepy, plus it was quite cold also. Great environment! Just went to look around (being curious) and experience how it was like walking around in a haunted-looking school like all those movies. Pity I didn't get any scares though... Aye...

So yeah, that marks my first time staying in school till midnight! Insane right? But kinda cool too. Reached home at 12:30am and here I am. Heh!

Oh yes, one thing I forgot to mention, I got a haircut yesterday, and I also shaved my moustache and a faint, developing beard.

So when I went to class today, and I walked in, freaking huge reaction! LOL. The class was like "whoa!" at my mass hair loss. They said I looked much younger with less hair. So does that mean I'll look the youngest if I go bald? Hell no -.-.

Anyhoo, I got the results for my Malaysian studies test, and I got 7/10. Not too bad. I actually beat quite a number of my class (they're all Malaysians) in Malaysian studies. Hey, DISGRACE YOU KNOW! HAHA! I'm not even from this country and I can do better in a Malaysian exam =x. Okay, sorry for being cocky, but I do have bragging rights for knowing this country better than half the class! Heck, I know Singapore better than many, many Singaporeans and I know JB better than a few people who've lived there all their life. Isn't that sad?

Ate at a new place called Chola Spice or something like that? Good, cheap food. Headed to the library to continue editing and finishing up my presentation notes for communication thingy. Last night I took a nap at 8pm, but my "nap" ended at 3am -.-. So I woke up and did some stuff plus the presentation till 6am, and went to sleep. And there I was completing it last minute in the library. I'm the ambassador for Cambodia tourism and I needed to promote the country.

Well... I was the second last to present, and I was freaking nervous! I stuttered quite often, but I manage to keep eye contact with the audience often, only referring to my notes sparingly, unlike several of the class. Thankfully, I was the only one who added humour, and had a target audience, not a basic general kind, which helped pull up my marks. Most of the class did alright... a few were bad but hey, everyone did the best they could within that time.

Afterward a few of us stayed behind to find out the marks of the others and ourselves. Well, I, along with Wai Kwan and Leonard, got the highest in class! Woots! 7/10 (again). Geez... I seriously wasn't expecting that. Thank God.

I went for dinner at some restaurant with my family, uncle Ben and my grandaunt and uncle, to celebrate "Parent's Day" -.-. Quite nice meals, and I ended up drinking 3/4 of a bottle of wine all by myself. Still super sober! I really wonder what can knock me out -.-.

Touche. Me shaved and with a haircut. Wine glass in hand. All I need to complete this is a girl beside me. LOL.

Aiks... I took a nap at 8pm just now and just woke up! Okay... lemme backtrack a bit.

Sunday I went out in the morning to have a fellowship-breakfast buffet with W9 (not my cellgroup) at some dim sum restaurant. Eh... it costs RM30 per person, and you can order anything on the menu. Damn nice! Everytime they kept serving the food, we'd be like ready, set, go! And finish the food within minutes of its arrival. Then we'd spend time talking before the next round came. And gee, I'm pretty sure they weren't pleased with us as customers. With only 10 people present, we ordered well over 100 dishes. Yeah! There was this cheese baked mussels that was probably the best, and we ordered like 8 plates of that? Afterward they told us they ran out of stock. LOL.

We ate for around 2 hours or so, and since drinks cost extra money, we just used the desserts as our drinks =x. Longan and papaya sago, freaking nice! Each person drank like 5-6 bowls of them. We're insane yes. And all for RM30! I have a feeling they didn't make much profits (or maybe even losses?) from us. Oh well, I'm not complaining.

Today for school we needed to do pop ups. Yeah, reminds me of kindergarten... today we needed to make a house, and decorate it. Here's what I came up with:

Aye... today I had service!

Yesterday however, my mood wasn't so good. Firstly, I was doing abstract animals and I needed to fuse them, making a monster. However, Lily, the teacher, rejected it and told me to redo it, and half the class needs to redo theirs. What the? Then after that she gave us instructions for another assignment, but nobody understood what she was saying! After her briefing, we asked her questions and she scolded us for not listening and said she wasn't going to explain again since we wouldn't listen anyway. Seriously I was like what the hell?! We WERE listening. She made NO SENSE. Heck! Eventually Wai Yern helped explain to me what she understood, and slowly the class started picking it up. Thanks!

Afterward we had history, and boy it wasn't pleasant. Last week, we studied gothic architecture, and although I was sleeping during the talk about Akkadian art, once he started mentioning gothic architecture and churches, I was immediately awake. Heh! Then he started talking about gothic people, and started describing them, by saying they wear black all the time, have wild and long or spiky hair, they wear metal and chains and have a lot of piercings, and that they believe so and so. The entire class was laughing at me -.-. LOL! I felt like he was using me as a guide for describing goths! So I'm gothic, according to the proper definition. Hmmm. This lesson we had a movie session, about the Byzantine Empire of Constantine. We needed to watch the movie and write a review. That wouldn't be so bad... if I didn't fall asleep for the first half! The second half I was wide awake, but there were certain parts (nearly the whole movie) I couldn't understand because of the noise! Geez! This movie review is 10% of the history lesson marks, quite a bit for just a movie. And almost no one paid attention. I paid attention but couldn't hear most of the stuff, but luckily I had some general knowledge on Byzantium, so I put two-and-two together to piece it. The lecturer was quite pissed at the end though, and so was I, because I couldn't hear most of the time. Zzz. I did catch most of the second movie 'cause I knew half of it beforehand. And the Hagia Sophia is truly, truly beautiful. The story about the seraphim art in there is also really interesting, mainly 'cause seraphim are my favourite angels!

Today we had drawing class, and we needed to shade in geometric shapes. I was impressed by my own drawing, I didn't think it'd turn out so nice. I mean its not much compared to my classmates, but its an achievement for me =D. Anyhoo, half the class, Yen included, watched Kung Fu Panda at Sunway Pyramid afterward. It's a really good movie! I was very surprised at how good it was... I was just expecting something mediocre, but it turned out to be hilarious and entertaining. Recommended for anyone!

We hung out at Carl's Jr. later, looking through Yen's portfolio. I'm super demoralized! The drawings are brilliant and it's really, really good. If you could see it, you probably wouldn't draw again, he's that good! In the ensuing conversation, I also somehow ended up agreeeing to cosplay some character in an anime. I'll give more details on that once I figure out who I'm cosplaying, and from what anime. I just know I'm going to be a butcher/monster. LOL. Took 2 pictures, so here you go?

I went off for service after and Mike Connell was preaching! Unfortunately, no special deliverance services today, in fact it was quite a basic sermon, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. However, I did fall asleep twice, which was due to my insane schedule. I have slept poorly this week, and haven't slept more than 3 hours in the last 3 days. *Sigh* school is a torture, but I do enjoy what I'm doing.

Had fellowship after service, and it was really a fun time chatting with everyone. Also, I took a picture of my cluster's logo. DAMN COOL.

I'm not good at dancing. In fact, when I go clubbing, I'm quite self-conscious of my dancing. Since it takes tons of alcohol (and therefore, money) to get me drunk, I'm always sober when I go clubbing. That means I can't dance that well most of the time.

So to learn, there are dancing schools. However, there are games that have dancing and moves involved with them. Perhaps they're a cheaper way to learn good dancing? Let's have the most famous example, Dance Dance Revolution.

I bet she can dance better than me!

You have to step on the directional button according to the screen, which trains your footwork in dancing. Still, it's not real dancing, and it doesn't help.

Ah, how about another one then? A new kind of dancing game called Parapara Paradise.

Using sensors, you move your hands accordingly, which helps to improve your hand movement skills in dancing.

Well then, seeing as how these games don't help, I guess I won't be improving my dance skills anytime soon. I've never liked these games. And you'd never catch me dead playing it. Heck, these are girl's games! Sure, the occasional guy will play it, but usually, it's quite gay. If I want to improve my dancing, I'll just get my lessons from a drunk Gianna.

Yup, no DDR or Parapara for me...

Had a fun time in the arcade and class today. Also had a test about Malaysia. Zzz. There's something called Rukun Negara, the National Principles or something like that. Hey... so sorry for the lack of updates.

It's been quite an insane week. 15 drawings to do in 7 days! Heck... considering I don't do any work on the weekends, that leaves only 4 days to do it up. I had bowling last Wednesday with a third of the class there. I guess we really are from The One Academy... 'cause quite often, we'd hit just ONE pin! And I finally completed my Jolin art piece. Seems like I didn't disfigure her enough, because I failed. Several of my classmates who didn't use as much shapes and lines but disfigured them badly scored decently. Aye...

Oh, and this is my bed. Uh... was, it kinda became my art table =x. I cleaned it up over the weekend though!

Anyway, Saturday I went for service, where Pastor Kevin continued the series on relationships. A little more serious this time round, but a great blessing nonetheless =D. Afterward we fellowshipped and Shaun and Su Lip and I went to Bar Celona, a club at Sunway Pyramid. Finally went clubbing in KL! Well, we paid RM62 each for a bottle split with another 2 guys. Well... you pretty much get what clubbing is about right? Not much details here... just that Bar Celona is really big! There's also a stage where only girls can dance, no guys allowed. So they get plenty of attention. Also the girls in KL clubs are much, much more sensual and open-minded than Singapore's female clubbers. Anyway, as usual, I drank the most =x, but I was still freaking clear-headed, and I didn't dance with any girls... which is quite sad considering I did dance with Gianna and Megaria last time in Ministry of Sound. There was another "person" happily dancing away, but he'd kill me if I showed a video of him dancing in my blog.

Okay... so while drinking, some guy poked me and asked whether that was mine. I looked down on the floor and saw a metal bracelet. I was like "Is that mine?" and he went "I think so." So I picked it up and said "So it's mine?" And he nodded. Well, that was weird, but I got an alcohol drenched metal bracelet outta it! On closer inspection, it was made out of titanium, and its from Amega, some magnetic health company. You know, those MLM stuff. Considering this kinda stuff costs a few hundred, not bad! I paid RM62 for a bottle I drank most out of, chilled with friends and danced (alone, sobs!) while getting a magnetic titanium bracelet worth a few hundred. Cool!

Anyway, today's my mom's birthday, and my sister and I decided to give my mom a treat to a full set Yoshinoya meal! Damn nice! We went to 1 Utama to eat, and we split my mom's bill between us. Okay, so maybe to Singaporeans Yoshinoya may not be such a big deal, but it is in Malaysia, and its a whole set meal, not the normal meals. So after that, we went to the washroom, and it was a TERRIBLE experience! First I was at the urinal, and some 60 year old Indian comes over, and of all the empty urinals, he picks the one beside me, and he tries taking a peek. HECK, I move off and wash my hands, and he comes over, pants unzipped and puts his hands under my faucet. GEEZ. There's 2 nearer to him but he picked mine. Freako! I quickly styled my hair and turned to leave, but my mom and sister weren't ready. So I waited, and out comes Mr Gay Flasher, who turns over and gives me a freaking sick cheeky smile, and walks off VERY slowly, turning over and giving that sick smile every few seconds before he finally exits the area. Ah crap, had an enjoyable time with my mom and the last portion was spoiled by THIS. YUCKS!

Gotta study for Pengajian Malaysia aka Malaysian studies thingy. Zzz...

News spreads fast in Singapore, and within Malaysia too, at least within JB and KL. Sometimes when I read or hear things from people, I really wonder where they get this kinda information from. Let's take a look shall we?

1) The word "cute" means ugly but adorable.

Honestly, I got really ticked off when I heard about this definition. The word cute means attractive in a dainty and pleasing way. I don't know how the above definition came about. Last time people kept saying that cute meant ugly but adorable. Oh really? Let's see some cute pictures then.

Seriously, if you call any of these people (or animals) ugly, I'll whack you upside down! Okay, so maybe the "adorable" part still applies, but how can you call these people UGLY? I know everyone here (except the cat and hamster) and they're universally considered cute in the proper sense, not the retarded one. Geez.

2) Mints kill sperm.

This is even more retarded. Last time my friends and I were at 7-Eleven, and they were seeing what to buy, when one of them bought a Mentos, another asked whether it was mint flavor, all of them burst out laughing and said no way! I was like huh? What's the big deal? They all looked at me like I was some idiot and said something like "Didn't you know mints kill sperm?" I was like WHAT? Since when?! So to check it out, I went online to find out. There's NO SUCH THING. I felt like replying "Didn't you guys know you have no brains?" when I found the truth. However, something I did find that's real (and backed up by at least 4 sources), males who cycle extremely often do have a lower sperm count. Sorry, not trying to be dirty, it's just the truth.

3) Piercing your cartilage will blind you.

This gets a little personal. I have 7 piercings myself, with 4 piercings on the cartilage. If you don't know, the cartilage is the upper area of your ear. When I had a piercing there, I was scrutinized by tons of people! There were people here and there saying I'd be blind, that I was stupid for piercing there and one of my friends even claimed to know someone who was blinded by that piercing. He said that his friend pierced the cartilage, then felt something like string and pulled it, which turned out to blind him. That's one of the most retarded stories ever! Van Gogh cut off his ear and he's one of the most famous artists ever! I had my piercing there and I've got near perfect eyesight! Better than the guy who told me the story in fact. Geez. I looked up the internet to find the source of this crap, hoping to find nothing at all and dismiss it. I found something though... it turns out there was a case of a piercing at the cartilage and the person ended up being blind. Not because of the piercing though! The person had a belly piercing before, and used the antiseptic for the belly piercing for the cartilage one. Antiseptic for body piercings are much, much stronger than the ones used for ears, and a certain chemical caused blindness. Well, that's what I read anyway, I don't know if its real. What I do know is, I'm not BLIND!

4) People calling Mas Selamat as JI.

Oh man, I find this really, really stupid. While I was still in Singapore, I heard tons of the public say "JI escaped from jail", "has JI been caught yet?" and stuff. It's like they can't be bothered to even read (or hear) that the guy's name is Mas Selamat and he's part of the terrorist organization JI. You'd think the public have better brains -.-.

5) Millions were killed in the Si Chuan earthquake.

Figures killed are 50000, expected to reach 100000 very soon. I don't know how "millions" ended up as the death toll. I searched around and found that several blogs (all Singaporeans) mentioned that millions were killed in the earthquake -.-. Please tell me where you actually found that out from. Zzz. There's no sources (apart from these blogs) that so many were killed. Millions lost their homes, but only tens of thousands died. Eh... okay, this one didn't piss me off as much as the things mentioned above. But still, get your facts straight!

Hah... there you go, a few quirks that annoy me. Zzz.

Seems fitting after having a bad day yesterday.

And oh! While it was extremely beautiful looking up at the Petronas Twin Towers, it did kinda suck having the rain constantly splashing your eyes -.-

Had a terrible day today! Geez! One of the worst days ever since coming up here.

Firstly, school was alright, for the Malaysian studies thing, we were divided into our groups and arranged the plans and all, and that was still fine. Later on, most of the guys went to the library to do their assignments, but I realized Yen disappeared. Later on he came back and told us the school transferred him to another class, starting immediately in 2 hours, not the next day! What the hell? Seriously, it's like every single time I'm in a new school environment, a person I'm just getting to know best in the class goes off. In Ogden, Kevin left. In Orde, Benjamin left. In Marsiling, Ju Li left. In ITE, Jeffrey left. Now in The One Academy, Yen leaves. I mean okay, life isn't going to end when one friend leaves your class or school, but its still quite upsetting. And it's a freaking routine for me. I mean its a new school environment and people will undoubtedly have a person they stick to better in class or something. And every single damn time, MY better friend has to leave. Geez. Turns out that the school placed him in the wrong class, and that he won't be taking a diploma first, just a certificate, because of some issue with credits and passing his SPM (Malaysian equivalent of O levels). No details here.

After that, we had communication skills. Quite alright, but during class there was a HUGE thunderstorm, and the winds were blowing so hard, they sounded like ghostly screams. No kidding! If you heard the sounds the wind made, you'd be creeped out bad. It wasn't those whipping sounds, but like a whisper in agony, super cool!

After that I wanted to go home, sleep and do my assignments, but my mom wanted to go to one workshop in the heart of the main city. So she told me to drive her there, with her guiding, and I'd spend some time just hanging around. Craps seriously -.-, I can't get rest, can't finish my assignments. Zzz. So fine, she guided me, and lucky me, it was dead on on the middle of rush hour. SUPER JAM! I was like what the! At times the jam was so bad I didn't move at all for like 10 minutes. It was so slow I could SMS and put the gear to "P" quite often while waiting. Geez. Eventually we made it to MCA's building, and my mom went for the talk, while I walked around. After she finished, I drove back home, and nearly got into two accidents -.-. First, on a highway, naturally you'll go faster. So while driving fast, some moron from the left-turning lane just came out of the road and turned right, straight in front of me! I slammed the breaks, and kept pressing the horn (I've never pressed the horn before) at the idiot. Geez! If I didn't slam the breaks we'd all be seriously injured. And to make matters worse, the guy didn't just turn right, he was super slow too! According to my speedometer (I was right behind him after all) he was going like 10km/h. GET OFF! Later on, to make my day even worse, I was driving ahead to turn left, and again, another moron wanted to cut in without warning. This time it was WAY too close for comfort. I wasn't speeding as fast as on the highway, but this particular retard decided to cut in when there was no car behind me. He could just wait for me and cut left however he wanted. But noooo, he had to just cut straight in front of me, nearly causing another accident. Freak. My day was already spoiled since the afternoon, so I pressed the horn like mad again. Got damn ticked off. He tried to squeeze in even though I was clearly driving quite fast and it was a damn green light! No one was behind him! He coulda just reversed and turned if he wanted to. ARGH.

By the time I got home, I missed all but 10 minutes of Desperate Housewives. Just as if the day couldn't get any worse, there's added insult to injury.

The day sucked like hell. Aye... but I did have some solace though. While my mom was attending the workshop, I walked to the Petronas Twin Towers. There was a fire or something in a nearby building, which had smoke billowing out and surrounding the towers. Made it look super misty and extremely beautiful. It was also raining, and I just took my time walking there.

It's been ages since I could just walk in the rain without a care. Sometimes, time stands still. Slows down. You see things you don't usually notice.

The lights from the towers are magnificent. The smoke just made it all the more better.

Have you ever just looked up in awe from the very bottom? Seeing the height the tower stretches.

Just look up into the sky, up into the dark heavens, and see the raindrops falling down. The beauty of seeing so many crystal drops just falling down. They seem to slow down when you just look up.

Have you ever just taken the time to relax? To just see the beauty of everything around you?

Like the raindrops that seem to slow and shine when you just take the time to stop and look, so are our lives.

Just stop, look up at your life, and see how everything moves so slowly, how you notice some things when they are illuminated, just before they hit the ground, the revelation gone.

Aye... today was a unique day.

My morning wasn't that brilliant. In school today we did more technical drawing. Later on when the teacher put up some notes and stuff on the screen, I decided to copy it down just in case. He did go quite fast, so I copied extremely quickly, and after a while he said that we didn't need to copy it 'cause he'd send the files to our emails. AHHHH! Geez!

After that half the class went to KFC at Sunway Pyramid to eat, and 10 of us went to watch a movie. Actually we were planning to go ice skating, but it was really crowded in the skating rink so we decided on movie. Miki, Elaine, Mei Linn, Gavin, Kok Kin, Ryan, Cameron Highlands guy (still don't know his name), Mark, Yen and I checked out The Orphanage. I just thought it was a supernatural film, but its partly a thiller and horror too. BRILLIANT MOVIE! Super good! I'm not going to spoil the storyline but its superb, and very entertaining. There were 2 scenes in the movie that made the entire cinema literally jump. I'm quite proud of the fact that during scary movies I'm usually the one laughing while not jumping at certain scenes. These 2 scenes in The Orphanage weren't scary but were so well done that when I jumped the entire audience jumped as well! LOL. Geez... do check it out.

After we took a picture together, we went our separate ways and I went to Carl's Jr. to get a drink and do some assignments. Afterward Kean Hoong picked me up and I got to know Michael and some other guy, we shared a lot about our faith and how we got saved, and then went to church. I think this is my first time having service on Monday! Heck! Reverend Robb Thompson preached today, and he spoke a message about financial freedom and life lessons. Very entertaining, and very deep message. Really opened up the minds of people to see God in greater ways. Aye... after service, I went straight home to Su Lip. Guess what? My assignments were still in Kean Hoong's car! Thankfully, he drove over to my place and handed it over. Thanks! Sorry for the trouble.

Oh, and something creepy happened today. Today while doing the technical stuff, my hand kept shaking uncontrollably, which made it very difficult to draw straight lines, plus I had some heart pains around the same time. It stopped after class ended (LOL), but still, never had this happen before. *Shivers* Blame it on class, blame it on class!

Okay... well, yesterday I had school and service!

Well... since it was a Saturday, I took my time driving. I reached school quite early and went inside class. Today we needed to draw 3D polygonal shapes, set up on the table. So it was so-so. Lisa taught us to draw from base to the top, but we realized its a freaking so process, so I just followed her instructions for the first 2-3 shapes, then I did the rest freehand! Oh, and Lisa looked really pretty today =x. The only pretty teacher we have -.-... *sigh*.

Heh... we had to go to a video room to have a presentation and video about the Si Chuan earthquake. The room has freaking cool chairs, good aircon and there were candles lighted up. After observing a minute of silence, we were shown a video and slides of the disaster, then told about the fundraising process our school is helping out in. So after class, we took a class picture and crapped and joked aroun for a while. Miki had been given the name SM Queen due to a few jokes earlier... then when I added in to the joke and showed my chains, I was called SM King. LMAO! New class title! Freak -.-. Now the class is full of kings and queens. Drawing King and SM King are the class monitors, while we have SM Queen and an Emo King. Heh!

My class is CD085-3. I'm not that tall actually, I'm on a chair =x.

Later on a bunch of the guys went to eat at some coffeeshop below the school, then we proceeded to Sunway Pyramid for our donation efforts! There was Yen, Hon Wai, Gavin, Gideon, Kok Kin and I, we split into 2 groups and went around asking for donations. Well, besides some really rude, shove off people, my group ended up getting like RM16. The other group had like RM70! The people donated RM10's to them while our group got like RM5's... but oh well, we put them together and including our own personal donations, it should be over RM100, an achievement =).

I walked around and waited for Issey to pick me up for church, and I met 2 new people, Dennis and Cherrie (don't know why, but I really like her name!). Got to know them better before having part 2 of the relationship series for service. This time we learned about the values of men and women. Super entertaining service, and I really enjoyed it. Great message! After that there was an announcement about Emerge! We needed to split into our different clusters and be briefed. Well, I'm in the VU cluster, which stands for Various Universities -.-. Heck, what an anticlimatic name! There are like 4 or so clusters, and they're made up of several universities or colleges put together. Sunway and Monash have the largest cluster, but VU were last year's champions. Cool! I'm always in the winning clusters... North zone, now VU =x. So since this is coming up, I guess I better start training up in basketball? I'll also be considering a ministry, and I heard Pastor Kong is coming up to KL for Emerge up here. Great! Hear my own pastor in my new church. Heh.

We went for fellowship somewhere later, and celebrated Hansen's birthday, as well as having quite an entertaining chat. Afterwards Su Lip drove me back home, and I had probably my most terrible Saturday night ever. Okay, I'm not blaming them, but I had like 9 people chat with me on MSN, and each conversation window opened up like within 30 seconds of each other, severely lagging my laptop. Geez! How come when I wanna chat, no one chats, and when I'm dead tired for not sleeping in 21 hours, I get bombarded? Oh well... I was like half asleep while chatting with everyone, so sorry if I said something really weird or typo-ed really bad.
