Hello to the three of you left reading my blog. Or one. I don't know, I haven't checked my blog stats in a long time. I haven't blogged in a long time either.
Well, one of the reasons I haven't blogged in so long is because of the lack of time. Since getting together with Sharon, we've been going out everyday. I'd say that since getting together on May 19th, we've not seen each other for around 5 days or so. Healthy or not, it works for us, currently. We always go out, chill out, jam or attend events, and we come home late all the time, so I'm always too tired to blog.
I knew I said I'd write the details of how we got together, but I'll get onto that after this post or so, to get the feel of writing again. Also, in the 8 months since getting together, an unbelievable amount of stuff has happened. Some joyful and fun, others sad or angering. As I said, details soon.
So, since I'm trying to get the feel again, why not start slow and go to my daily life first?
A few days back Sharon and I went to chill out with Lippy, 'cause he was free and bored since Susan was back in her hometown. We went to a bar called Barfly. 10 bucks for a pint of beer! Geez! 13 for the more expensive ones like Kilkenny. We drank, talked about our respective relationships and ate nachos. For a long time, I've known that Sharon and Susan are alike in many ways. However, that night we learnt that they were more similar in ways I did not believe possible. From their reactions in arguments to their reasonings regarding their respective boyfriends. 99.9% the same! And for Lippy and I, very similar reactions and mindsets as well! Lmao. After drinking quite a bit we proceeded to the mamak below and ended up talking about Christianity, Christian history and Chinese history. Pretty informative night.
A few days after that Susan was back in KL so we had a double date, Sharon and I; Susan and Lippy. Ate at The Bee before going to play Left4Dead after an absence of many months. Since we had stopped being friends with Joseph Stanley, we haven't played much. Had a fun time playing and catching up on my zombie-shooting skills.
And today, Sharon and I played pool at night. Our pool nights had also been extremely irregular but we try to play one every few weeks. Today, for some reason Sharon was amazing. Like, nearly all her shots went in and she played extremely well. Although she's a decently good player, normally she's never on form to this extent, which surprised me. She was cold and merciless (lol). As for me, I got off to a really slow start. I played really poorly (she was leading me 3-1 in wins) until the last few games, when I suddenly got good. I managed to change the tide and just managed to squeeze in the remaining 3 wins to get 4-3 overall. Whew! Oh, and while playing, one of the neighbouring tables hit one of the balls out, rolling over to me. I picked it up, and asked the nearest guy (without thinking) "Sorry, did you drop your ball?"
Well, I guess this brief cover of events is a good start. I'll try blogging regularly again. I hope -.-
